Single day registration - $60 

Walk-In Registration Fees (Register the day of the Conference):
Single day registration - $75 (check or cash only)

Scholarships are available.  Please contact us for scholarships or group rate information.

Registration includes a continental breakfast and box lunch.

 

Two Ways to Register

Print this form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to Cabrini Connections, Tutor/Mentor Connection.

Register online  for the November TBD, 2010 Conference. Pay using Pay Pal, or mail a check.

  1. Fill out our online registration form.  Submit your payment via paypal or mail us a check (If you want to be listed in the on-line attendee list, be sure to check the box on the form.)
  2. Print the registration form.  Fax or mail the form to us.  Mail us your payment.
