Registration form for Friday, May 8, 2015 Tutor/Mentor Leadership & Networking Conference. Registration is completed in three steps:

Step 1 - Registration: Complete and Submit the registration form separately for each person attending the conference.

Step 2 - Payment: Select and Pay for one or more registrations.

Step 3 - Confirmation: Check your email for your email confirmation letter.

Notice: If you attended November 2014 conference and had to wait in line for security check in, you are entitled to a discount on the May 2015 conference fee. In the comment box below write "Nov 2014 discount rate" and an invoice will be emailed to you, with the lower rate.
